  • Referencing projects such as the Hiranandani Group’s data centre in Noida, he attributed the influx of major IT and technology investments to Uttar Pradesh’s strong digital infrastructure.
  • The state has achieved significant progress in increasing software exports and generating employment, with more than 400 STPI-registered IT and ITES companies now operating.
  • This includes global giants like IBM, Deloitte, Genpact, and HCL, which have expanded their presence beyond Noida to cities such as Lucknow.
  • India’s first AI Centre for Excellence has been established in Lucknow, along with the launch of the “AI Pragya Yojana,” .
