Context: Veer Rath Park is set to be developed in Sector-145, Nalgarh village located near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, in the memory of the martyrs.

  • The park will also feature a museum showcasing the legacy of 32 martyrs, including renowned freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru, through stone statues and informative displays.
  • Veer Rath Park will be developed across approximately 22 acres at an estimated cost of ₹42 crore.  
  • The park will feature statues of revolutionaries from various parts of Uttar Pradesh, with the stories of freedom fighters and army personnel inscribed on the walls.
  • Symbolic displays will include wartime tanks from the independence era and parked fighter jets, offering a tribute to the nation’s military history.

These freedom fighters remained hidden here for many years, during which it is said that they prepared the strategy to attack the British army.
