Context: The state government recently approved Rs 8,000 crore Integrated Industrial Township and Logistics Hub at Bodaki, Greater Noida, marks a defining moment in India’s efforts to modernise its logistics ecosystem under the National Logistics Policy (NLP) and achieve Viksit Bharat @2047.

Features of Integrated Industrial Township and Logistics Hub
- Developed under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and Integrated Industrial Township (IITGNL) framework.
- Proposed Area and Connectivity: Spread over 800 acres, this facility will feature container terminals, warehousing complexes, and multimodal transport infrastructure, including direct connectivity to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC).
- Strategic Role of the Bodaki Logistics Hub: It will serve as a critical link in India’s national logistics and trade corridor, improving cargo movement, reducing transit time, and cutting freight costs across the NCR, western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
- Boost to Economic development: This projects will help Uttar Pradesh anchor India’s ambition of achieving a USD 7 trillion economy by 2035, driven by robust infrastructure and integrated supply chains.
