About the Project:
The project is proposed on 72.5 acres of land, forty-five acres have been acquired and 27 acres are government land.
First announced by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in 2023, the project gained momentum after land acquisition was completed in 2024, when compensation was paid to farmers for 45 acres.
The hub will be developed largely under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model, with the state contributing a part of the funding and private partners building key facilities, including a super-speciality hospital, educational institutions, and commercial complexes.
Objective: To provide transportation, tourism, agriculture, health, and urban services within a single complex.
Key features of the multimodal hub
Transportation and logistics: It will feature Modern bus stand, truckers’ corner, EV charging station, and CNG pumps.
Business and agriculture: Shopping mall to boost commercial activity, a dedicated Kisan Mall to promote local agricultural produce, and a food court to support small businesses have been proposed under the project.
Public Amenities: It includes ahospital with super-specialty facilities, school, college complex, police station, and public parking.
Tourism and eco-friendly facilities: The project plans to develophotels, restaurants, open gyms, green amusement parks, and rainwater harvesting systems ensuring that tourism development is both enjoyable and responsible.
