  • Packaged interventions will target upskilling of staff from Indian Railways, BSNL, India Post, and Common Service Centers, who directly serve millions of citizens daily.

  • iGOT Karmayogi platform, under Mission Karmayogi, guides civil service officials in capacity building through five hubs for online learning, competency management, career management, discussions, and networking, enhancing government execution capabilities.
