- Freedom to Choose Inspection Agencies: Entrepreneurs setting up orange and green category industries can now independently select accredited institutions for environmental inspection.
- Accredited Institutions for Inspection: Inspection reports can be submitted from government-recognized institutions such as IITs, government engineering colleges, and other board-approved organizations.
