Recently, the Government of India notified the National Anubhav Awards Scheme, 2025.

  • Under the Scheme, Central Government employees/pensioners are required to submit their Anubhav (experience) write-ups.

After that, the write-ups published after assessment by the concerned Ministries/Departments up to 31.03.2025 will be shortlisted for five Anubhav Awards and 10 Jury Certificates.

  • From 2023 onwards, it has been decided to confer upon Jury Certificates and Medals to other 10 deserving write-ups.
  • Anubhav Awards include a Medal, Certificate and a cash prize of Rs.10,000/-. 
  • Eligibility: employees of Central Government, employees of Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs), including Public Sector Banks, who are going to retire in the next 8 months or who have retired within 3 years will be eligible for submitting their write-ups.

Anubhav Portal

  • The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions launched an online portal on the directions of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, named ‘Anubhav’ in March 2015.
  • This portal has been launched to provide a platform for retiring/retired government employees to share their valuable experiences and insights gained during their service tenure.
  • An annual Awards Scheme was also devised in 2015 to incentivise and encourage the submission of the experiences through write-ups.
  • Latest and the seventh Anubhav Award Ceremony was held on 28.08.2024.
  • Till date, 59 Anubhav Awards and 19 Jury Certificates have been conferred.
  • Anubhav Awards Scheme, 2024, write-ups from 22 Ministries/Departments were published. This award ceremony is unique as 33% of the total awardees are women employees.
