Context:
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the Lucknow Development Authority’s LDA’s Anant Nagar scheme under the Mohaan Road project.
- The scheme will offer approximately 334 plots, with an estimated cost of ₹41,000 per square metre, spanning 785 acres across eight blocks.
- The township aims to provide housing for around 1.5 lakh people.

- Group Housing: Around 10,000 flats across 60 plots, designed for 50,000 residents.
- EWS/LIG Category: Nearly 5,000 buildings to accommodate 25,000 people.
- Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY): About 3,000 flats will be built, benefiting 15,000 people.
- Education City: A 100-acre dedicated educational zone for 10,000 students and faculty in hostels and faculty buildings.
- Residential Plots: Around 4,000 plots offering housing for 20,000 people.
- Green Spaces: 130 acres will be developed into parks.
