IBM announced its plans to establish a state-of-the-art Software Lab in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, at Platinum Mall, Sushant Golf City, focused on developing advanced technologies like Generative AI and Agentic AI.

- At present, IBM Software Labs are operating in Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Kochi, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
